Historias y Memorias Espadin Joven Mezcal is a premium artisanal mezcal, handcrafted in Oaxaca, Mexico. This 750ml bottle of mezcal is made from 100% Espadin agave, which is slow-roasted in an underground pit oven, using traditional techniques passed down through generations. The agave is then crushed by a tahona wheel and naturally fermented in wooden vats, before being double-distilled in copper stills. This process results in a unique and complex flavor profile, with notes of roasted agave, smoky minerals, and citrus on the nose. On the palate, it delivers a smooth and well-balanced taste, with flavors of vanilla, caramel, and earthy undertones, leading to a long, satisfying finish.
