Our Tennessee Whiskey undergoes a unique process of being mellowed drop by drop through 10-feet of sugar maple charcoal and then aged in our own handcrafted barrels. We don't rush the process, as our whiskey is only deemed ready when our expert tasters give it their approval. Our judgment is based on the whiskey's appearance, aroma, and most importantly, its taste. This meticulous process is how Jack Daniel created his famous whiskey over a century ago, and we continue to follow his traditions today.
